Individual Yoga



Private instruction is suitable for individuals, either one or more people, who may not be able to participate in group classes. Individual instruction can adapt to your best schedule and location if personal schedules conflict with yoga studio class times.


Private instruction includes an additional level of attention for therapeutic assistance for injury or illness challenges. Rehabilitation for knees, hips, thoracic surgeries, post traumatic stress relief from service, accidents and other anxiety.

Pulmonary function strengthening with individualized breathing exercises, and rehab for geriatric weakness.

Individual yoga offers support for stroke and TBI recovery.

We also work with difficult spinal restrictions, and a variety of autoimmune disorders, from Rheumatoid Arthritis to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia to different neuropathies and myalgia. 


Each class includes guided movement and introspective consideration of mind-body connections. Consideration is given to individual circumstances, including personal home activity plans.


By appointment.  Private studio class fees (the price of an insurance co-pay) are $45 per single person, additional participants add $10 per person

(for ex- 2 people at $55 = $27.50 pp). Discussion, breathing and movement practice with ongoing assessment lasts from 1.5 to 2 hours.


We currently have a private chair yoga class with a handful of participants which is open to anyone by request, on Tuesdays at 3:00 pm. Additional people participating brings down the per person cost even further (for ex- 5 people at $85= $17 pp).


Private instruction fee at your home or business location is $60. Flexible time and duration. Similar sliding fee arrangement based on number of participants.
