Mindful Mountain Yoga offers a holistic approach to health and well-being through movement and mindful awareness. Often we begin with stretch, strength and balance. Week to week, exploring energies within mind and body, we balance our immune system, bring peace of mind, and with a gentle but challenging approach, touch our spirit. Relaxed and refreshed, results are noticeable within a few classes. Our studio welcomes every ability level.
