Mindful Mountain Yoga offers a holistic approach to health and well-being, improving quality of life through movement and mindful awareness. Often we begin with stretch, strength and balance. Week to week, exploring energies within mind and body, we balance our immune system, bring peace of mind, and take a gentle but challenging approach to include our spirit. Each class leaves you relaxed and refreshed. Results are noticeable within a few classes. Our studio welcomes every ability level.
