Location: Mindful Mountain Yoga Studio (2nd floor) 194 Second St, Amherst, VA
Date/Time: Starting 11/5/17 @ 4:00pm until 5:00pm.
Every 3rd and 1st Sunday thereafter for 6 weeks.
Regular attendance helpful but not required. Start any week.
Description: Practice postures with slow stretching movements,
and breathing and meditation exercises.
Improve wellbeing, flexibility, strength, relieve stress. Chair accommodations are available.
Appropriate for any level, especially beginner or dealing with injury.
Fees/Admission: These are free classes to give support to our veterans. We believe community
can reach out without depending on government or insurance or limits of health care.
Donations are welcome to support this program.
Attire: Wear any comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat or use one of our mats.
