Group yoga and tai chi classes at all levels of experience for maintaining overall health, as part of athletic training, improving injury, illness and loss of conditioning due to aging. Our classes are a safe, supportive community where we can laugh at our own foibles without worry or judgement.

Not only about movement and balance in the body, yoga and tai chi practice engaged focus and mental stillness. Many students come to classes because life is stressful and need an opportunity to let go of the continual demands on our attention. Our classes can recharge ourselves and reclaim those moments of appreciating who we are.

Mindful Mountain Yoga offers a holistic approach to health and well-being through movement and mindful awareness. Often we begin with flexibility, strength and balance. Tapping energies within mind and body, we balance our immune system and bring peace of mind with an unhurried, challenging approach. Relaxed and rejuvenated, results are noticeable within a few weeks. Our studio welcomes every ability level. Beginners encouraged.
