Class Schedule
Yoga and Tai Chi Studio Classes, at Mindful Mountain Yoga, Amherst VA.
Group classes on the mat, Chair yoga classes, Tai Chi - class card registration 4 classes, $60, or 8 classes, $100. Drop In rate is $20.
Saturday mornings 10:30 am- Community Yoga, Drop in $15 or class card (with Paige).
Saturdays at 12:00 noon- Chair Yoga is suspended until next year.
Sunday afternoons 01:00 to 3:00 pm- African drum class, $25/drop in, or 4 class series $80, reserve a space @ 914-589-0964 (with Malcolm).
Monday evenings 05:15 pm- Gentle Yoga (with Anne-Alex). Decompress and rejuvenate, patiently discover our personal “sweet spot” in poses and flows.
Tuesday mornings 10:00 am- Ashtanga Yoga- active (with Paige).
Wednesday evenings 04:30 pm- Better Balance Tai Chi (with Anne-Alex).
Thursday mornings 09:15 am- Hatha Yoga (with John).
Thursday mornings 10:45 am- Chair Yoga (with John).
Tai Chi and Gentle Yoga are like a cup of tea for the body and a petit four for the mind.
Balance is how we move inside and outside.
We appreciate all of our present and past chair yogis.

Studio is closed Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, and Memorial Day. Check studio postings for those weekend holiday classes.
Weather event class cancellations will email notifications to our studio subscriber list and post to the Mindful Mountain Yoga FB and Instagram at least two hours before class.
